Introduction:
TL-PMM180 is an ultra-low emission particulate matter measuring instrument with extremely high sensitivity and minimum detection limit up to 0.005mg/m3. The instrument consists of four parts: sampling and feedback unit, constant speed tracking and control unit, heating and temperature control unit, measurement and signal processing unit. Sampling and echo unit completes the process of gas sampling and echo. The constant speed tracking and control unit can measure flue gas velocity and sampling flow, and control the pumping force of jet pump to change the sampling flow, so as to achieve the purpose of tracking sampling. The measurement and signal processing unit consists of a laser, a measuring cavity, a photoelectric converter, a backblowing and air curtain device, and a calibration device. By measuring the forward scattered light of particles, the concentration of particles is converted into electrical signals, and then output after conditioning conversion.

Measurement principles:
  TL-PMM180 based on the principle of forward light scattering, the high stability laser emitted by the laser passes through the collimation and then shoots into the measuring room. After the laser beam meets the particles, it produces forward scattering light. After the light is received by the lens, the light is imported into the photodetector through the signal fiber. After the ultra-high sensitivity photoelectric signal is converted, the scattered light signal is transformed into an electrical signal proportional to the concentration of the particles.
Application:
 Suitable for on-line monitoring of ultra-low emission of coal-fired units and boilers (e.g. thermal power, iron and steel, metallurgy, cement, petrochemical, ceramics, aluminum etc.) can also be widely used in continuous measurement of particulate matter such as process control, sanitation, safety, scientific research and so on.
