In the process of SCR/SNCR denitration of coal-fired boilers in thermal power plants and heating plants, it is necessary to carry out real-time online monitoring of NH3 escape quantity, and the monitoring results can guide the optimization of the injection amount of reducing agent ammonia, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the denitration efficiency.
At the same time, NH3 escapement can be effectively controlled to reduce the generation of ammonium salt, avoid corrosion and harm to the downstream equipment, extend the life of the catalyst, and save operating costs.
SCR/SNCR denitration process mostly adopts high temperature ammonia reduction principle,which determines the measurement environment of high temperature and high dust escaping from NH3. Because of the non-contact measurement and band spectrum, UV absorption spectroscopy is the best method for escape NH3 measurement.The traditional escape NH3 analyzer adopts the structure measured in-situ measure, which is complex in installation and maintenance. In practical application, the structure is greatly affected by the limitation of flue gas conditions of flue size, and the test results cannot meet the requirements of accuracy and reliability of escape NH3 monitoring In the off-sale process.
The on-line monitoring system of AG-NH07 type laser escape ammonia adopts high temperature heat tracing extraction technology, which can effectively solve the sampling loss problem of escape NH3. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast corresponding speed, no background gas interference, non-contact optical measurement and so on, and can reflect the change of escape ammonia in real time and accurately.

The features of TDLAS
TDLAS is a kind of spectroscopic absorption analysis technique that utilizes the selective absorption characteristics of gas molecules to a specific wavelength of laser to obtain the concentration of gas. It is different from the traditional spectral absorption technology in that the width of semiconductor laser spectrum is much smaller than that of gas absorption spectrum. Therefore, semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy is a high resolution spectroscopy technology.

Multi-line scanning technology is used to effectively lock the position of absorption peak, reduce background interference, and improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and test sensitivity.

The in-situ extraction system merges the high temperature sampling probe and the high temperature detection pool into one, and is directly installed on the flue gas, and the flue gas is extracted and directly entered into the high temperature detection pool for analysis and emptying. The loss of flue gas sampling is minimized by eliminating the sampling pipeline and sample gas transmission in the traditional extraction system. the system is the closest in-situ measurement mode in form, i.e., it overcomes the characteristics of in-situ mode limited by installation conditions. at the same time, the integration of high temperature detection pool improves the measurement sensitivity and can achieve on-line calibration, which ensures high precision and high reliability of escape NH3 monitoring.
