Principle of measurement:
When the substance to be tested is illuminated with excitation light of a certain wavelength, it is excited to a high-energy state. When it returns to the ground state from the high-energy state, it emits fluorescence with a wavelength greater than the excitation wavelength. The intensity of the excited fluorescence is related to the concentration of the substance to be tested. The modulation and coherent detection techniques are employed to enhance the measurement sensitivity and anti-interference performance.
