Model T9267 Allied Ammonia Analyzer
I. OVERVIEW
In order to ensure the deoxygenation effect of the feed water system, adding ammonia after the deaerator to realize chemical deoxygenation, requiring the system to be enriched with certain ammonia, which puts forward further requirements on the timeliness and accuracy of ammonia monitoring. The company launched the T9267 type ammonia analyzer, the use of constant-pressure dosing method, cold light source spectroscopic measurement, no dead volume reaction pool, thus ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the instrument measurement.
II. Characteristics and technical parameters
2.1 Instrument characteristics:
- Adopting the constant-pressure dosing method of bulging air type, accurate dosing can be realized;
- Cold light source spectroscopic measurements, extending the life of the light source;
- Automatically adjust the light intensity of the light source, light source attenuation can also ensure the accuracy of the instrument measurement;
- Automatic adjustment of reaction temperature, thermostatic measurement and calibration;
- Large memory capacity for 6 years of measurement data;
- True color LCD screen, operation and display are more intuitive;
- 6 isolated current outputs, configurable to any channel, any range or PID;
- 6 relay outputs, configurable as over limit alarms, sample break alarms or system fault alarms;
- RS485 interface, configurable from 9600bps to 57.6kbps for remote data monitoring;
- Curves and measurement alarms can be queried for any period of time.
