Introduction:
For petrochemical, chemical, printing, spraying, coating and other organized organic waste gas discharge outlets, a VOCs on-line monitoring system was developed. The product design conforms to the national standards and EPA standards, which not only meet the needs of VOCs sewage charges, but also meet the needs of scientific research in the fields of meteorological monitoring environmental air quality monitoring.

• Analysis method is consistent with standard method and GC-FID method is used to detect;
• Full process high temperature heat tracing sample transmission, high temperature FID detection, small sample loss, more accurate measurement;
• Continuous running free maintenance design, automatic cycle operation, real online analysis;
• Full-caloric flow path design can reduce sample loss, no condensation of water gas, suitable for high temperature, high humidity and weak corrosive conditions;
• If the cycle time is less than 90 S, the real time of monitoring is guaranteed;
• The accuracy of quantitative analysis of non-methane total hydrocarbon and benzenes, toluene and xylene can be realized by single cycle;
• FID detector automatically relates to hydrogen after flame is extinguished to ensure system safety.
