Product Overview:

CODmn refers to the mass concentration of oxygen corresponding to the consumption of oxidant when oxidising organic and inorganic reducing substances in water samples with strong oxidant under certain conditions, CODmn is also an important indicator reflecting the degree of pollution of water bodies by organic and inorganic reducing substances. The analyser is capable of long-term unattended automatic continuous work according to the site settings, widely used in surface water and other occasions. According to the complexity of the testing conditions, optional pre-processing system to ensure that the testing process is reliable, accurate test results, to fully meet the needs of different occasions on-site.
 

Measurement method:
Manganese COD method uses permanganate as the oxidising agent, heated in a water bath for 20 minutes, the amount of potassium permanganate consumed to decompose the organic matter in the wastewater is used as an indicator of the pollutants contained in the wastewater.
