Product Overview:

Nickel, a silvery-white metal, firm and brittle, stable in air at room temperature, is an inactive element. Nickel is easy to nitric acid action, and dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute sulfuric acid action is slower. Nickel exists in nature in a variety of ores, often combined with sulfur, arsenic or antimony, mainly from chalcopyrite, nickel chalcopyrite and so on. Nickel may be present in production wastewater from mining, smelting, alloy production, metal processing, electroplating, chemicals and ceramics and glass.
The analyser is capable of long-term unattended automatic continuous work according to the site settings, and is widely used in industrial pollutant discharge wastewater, industrial process wastewater, industrial wastewater treatment plant wastewater, municipal wastewater treatment plant wastewater and other occasions. According to the complexity of the testing conditions on site, optional pre-treatment system can be used to ensure that the testing process is reliable and the test results are accurate, to fully meet the needs of different occasions on site.
 

Measurement method:
This product is measured using spectrophotometric methods, water samples and buffer mixing, in the presence of strong oxidants, nickel into their respective high valence ions, in the buffer solution and the presence of indicator, high valence ions and indicator reaction to generate a colourful complex, the analyzer detects the change in this colour, and this change is converted to nickel value output, the amount of colourful complex generated is equivalent to the amount of nickel.
This product is a single factor parameter testing and analysing instrument.
